Paducah Vascular Institute

Providing state of the art, patient centered, vascular care

Welcome to PVI

Paducah Vascular Institute

Paducah Vascular Institute is a place where patients will be seen for arterial and vein disorders, as well as patients who require dialysis access/maintenance, and venous access procedures.  Patients can be treated medically, surgically, or with minimally invasive (endovascular) techniques. Many of these minimally invasive procedures can be done in the office without the need to go to the hospital. These procedures can be safely performed in the office with local anesthesia or moderate sedation administered by a trained anesthetist.
